What the service is
VoxTeamsChat is a SaaS platform for auditing and compliance of Microsoft Teams conversations. The customer connects their Microsoft 365 tenant via OAuth, defines the monitoring scope (specific users or the whole organization) and gets historical access to individual and group chats for auditing, regulatory compliance and management purposes.
Who can subscribe
Subscription is restricted to legal entities with an active CNPJ in Brazil, represented by an administrator of the customer's Microsoft 365 corporate tenant. Signup requires explicit consent by the Microsoft administrator to data collection via the Microsoft Graph API. The contract runs for the duration of the subscription and auto-renews until either party requests cancellation.
Billing, trial and cancellation
Pricing is per-seat: per monitored employee per month. A free trial period is included on signup. After the trial, billing runs monthly through Stripe on the registered card. The customer may end the subscription any time from the portal, with immediate effect. Issued invoices and the audit log are preserved for the tax and regulatory retention period.
